For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT) may be charged, which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged once your package has reached your country. Hi Shark does not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be: if such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.

Return:
Items from an order can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
1. Contact our support and we will immediately issue you the return label and return slip.
2. Fill out the enclosed return slip (quantity, reason)
3. Pack the items you want to return including the return slip in the parcel and pack it securely for shipping
4. Print the return label and stick it on the package/parcel, if necessary QR code
5. The return shipment will be made via DHL

A return is only acceptable if the items are unopened and damaged. If this is not the case, the right to a refund or exchange expires. If an item arrives defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return shipment.
